vpn access how do I access /etc/ppp/chaps-secrets file

getting a connecting issue with my drayteck vigor 2960 firewall/router

some users vpn connect okay
one user is giving me this message in the syslog - how do i find this file or edit its contents ?

I don't think you do...
...I think it's just saying that this user is not setup.

Is the 2960 implementing a case-sensitive match? ... i.e. a conflict of the Microsoft and unix worlds?
