Hi Guys

I have a customer running Win 10 (1909) 64 bit Home desktop with the smart VPN (5.3.1) and Malwarebytes Endpoint Cloud.

I have excluded the folder C:\program files\Draytek\* from Windows Defender and MWB.

The problem is that the VPN profile is disappearing on the PC all the time. Customer will leave the PC for a short time, come back and its gone.

I've tried PPTP, SSL and L2TP VPN profiles and cannot figure out why this is disappearing.

Same behaviour on 5.3.0 ?
I had to roll back to 5.3.0 for stability.

So it's 2024 and I'm having this same issue. Win 10 Home x64 (Latest build) and Malwarebytes Endpoint (Latest) with exclusions in place for Draytek Smart VPN folders. There is nothing in MWB quarantine or events history to suggest that anything is being detected. I think this is a bug. Is there any updates on this?

Update: I upgraded the Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro but the issue is still occurring. Can anyone help?
