I use iVCam for my Android phone so I can use it as a webcam via usb.

But when I close iVCam. The Smart VPN Client stops working saying Cant find VPPP Adapter. Doesnt seem to matter if the client was running beforehand or not.

And the only way itll work again is if I restart the PC.

It does it with another webcam software for Android phones called DroidCam too.

Error has happened to 2 windows 10 1909 machines.

Help appreciated.
