Blocked the other connection now.
Tweaked the VPN settings, new log:https://cru-technologies.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/vpn2.txt

Highly doubtful that it's the cause of the problem, but you seem to have used 3DES, rather than AES (per Draytek example).
I'm not quite sure how you've done it, but the 'IKE advanced settings', don't match the
2862 emulator

:?: (or my 2860). Are you running really old (or really new!) firmware on the 2862?
Maybe try the Draytek example to the letter?
