Got a Draytek 2962 that I have users complaining about the speeds when running through the Draytek.

L2TP / IPSEC.

1Gbps leased line...

When users are connecting from FTTC connections, they are only getting 30mbps download, 5mbps upload speeds. And "lagging" in the 200-300ms speeds.

Which means they can't be on the vpn and use Teams .

Windows built in client, and Draytek VPN client - Same result.

Surely the throughput should be much better?
