I have Draytek 2820n and an AP700 with an internal network which i have multiple VLANS

1) VLAN 0 which has multiple wired clients all which can see a server.
2) VLAN 1 which is wireless then wired into an AP700 and is wireless again on the other side of the building. These 2 WIFI networks are named the same. I have set the draytek 2820n to Isolate members this works fine so none of the clients can see each other. However the clients connected to the AP700 can see each other.

Simply put, all the clients connected to my AP700 can i make it so they cannot see each other and can only connect to the internet?

So with the diagram client 4 and 5 cannot see each other and is working as intended but client 1 2 and 3 can all see each other and can access the internet. I wish them to not see each other. Can someone give me a hand?
