Hi,

We have an office which the wireless signal from the 2710n won't reach but we do have cat5 cable running there.

Can we share the same wireless network using a AP700 connected over CAT5?

Yes just set the AOP 700 up in AP mode but on a different channel (well away from the 2710 channel). You can use the same SSID so you can roamseamlessly between the two areas.
