Dual Channel wifi was created by legal
I've noticed that an increasing number of wifi routers now provide "simultaneous" dual band wifi providing up to 600/750/900Mbps rates, yet the Draytek literature refers to switchable dual band at 300Mbps.
With simultaneous does that mean that I can have some wifi clients using 5Ghz and others 2.4Ghz so that (subject to the correct wifi cards) I could separate traditional internet connections from media streaming systems?, which would seem to be a great advantage.

HI

The AP-800 appears to support both frequencies at the same time by using the Wireless USB adapter N65. The Draytek site says it works with the 2830 routers too although it still seems to quote 300Mbps! :)

I may have to test it.
