hi all,

Having a peculiar problem in my office.

The setup:

Using a 2820n as an AP. DHCP is done by a separate server.
Currently running v3.3.7.2 of the firmware.

The problem:

Wireless devices seem to connect fine (we run mainly mac in OSX10.6) but occasionally they won't receive a lease and won't register with the AP. From the users' end, it prompts them to enter a password (which is already saved) and then when this is entered it will either timeout or request the password again.

Sometimes it does this but an iphone will connect fine.

Attempted resolutions:

I have not found a straightforward way to fix it, save trying to restart it or leaving it off for a period of time.

I have replaced the router with an identical one with same config and the same issue happens.

Another AP (using another network setup, with different SSID) has the same problem with different firmware. The only thing they both have in common is that the wireless is running in B+G+N mode.

I should mention that when the above issues occur, the AP is still accessible via ethernet using its UI IP.

Sorry if I missed something out - I don't pretend to know all about wireless, but am at my wits end in troubleshooting this.
