Vigor 2820Vn + iPhone 5 was created by simonhopkin
Hi,

Anyone having issues connecting an iPhone 5 to a Vigor 2820Vn router? My router says its connected ok and so does the iPhone but I'm getting no traffic through it. I connected my iPhone to a BTWiFi network and that is working perfectly.

I don't have any mac address filtering enabled.

Any ideas?

Further to my last post. It looks like the issue has more to do with iOS 6 than specifically the iPhone 5.

Changing the Wireless LAN security from WPA2/PSK to WPA/PSK seemed to fix the issue the device can now connect.

Hope this is useful to others experiencing the same issue. Hopefully Apple will fix this in a later release of iOS.
