2130n unable to send photo's over iMessage was created by rivageeza
Good afternoon I'm wondering if anyone can help?
I am unable to send photo's over iMessage on my iphone 5 when connected to my 2130n wifi.
Texts send fine, however when I try to send a photo it sit's around 95% for 10 minutes then says not delivered and the recipient never receives it.
The unit has already been RMA'd and returned to me saying there is no fault.
I have since tried the following :-
Disabling all encryption on the wifi.
Giving the iphone a static IP and port forwarding the ports from this page -http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4245
Putting the iphone in DMZ.
None of the above works, this also effects my partners iPhone 4.
If I plug my netgear WNR1000 back in, they send fine, and I am also able to send photo's over iMessage at various friend's house's connected to their wifi. But when I come home and connect back to the draytek I have this issue.
UPNP is enabled so is hardware NAT.
This issue is really bugging me and I am unable to find a solution.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Kind regards
Chris

Does the syslog say anything when trying to send?
Have you switched off the QOS and FIREWALL to test?
I don't suppose you would try the router somewhere else on someone else's internet (clutching at straws now:shock: ) factory reset it configure for their ISP and test?
Do you need the hardware NAT and UPNP switched on?

Yes I need them both on.
I'm sorry but I'm not too clued up on this router. I'm not sure how to disable the firewall or turn off QOS?
Thanks
