2800 Wireless Issue was created by mcladmin
Hi all,

I'm having an issue with a customer's router.

The Wireless LAN General Setup page where you can enable/disable the wireless doesn't seem to be displaying correctly from what I can tell.

There is an option to enable the wireless, but when it is checked it disappears after reloading the page... there is no Apply or OK button within that window.

I have compared to another 2800 which displays a lot more info that what I am seeing.

compared to;

I have tried in compatibility mode on IE as well as other browsers, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Anyone came across this before?

Just a thought, have you rebooted the router recently?
I have discovered that if you run it for many months, while the router is working fine, that some of the setup pages don't display correctly, a simple reboot cures the problem.

I was hoping it may have been something else I could try as they are reliant on their wired BB.

However, Will try and give it a go this evening when they will be less busy.

Cheers

Reboot fixed it... for an hour.

Now, same thing with pages not displaying properly and the wireless disabling.

Think a router swap is in order.
