2860 wifi not reconnecting was created by anparkinson
This problem started a few days ago. If any device is disconnected from the wifi either manually or by leaving the house, it will not reconnect again.

My phone hangs at the "getting IP address" stage.

The only way to reconnect is by rebooting the 2860.

I updated to the latest firmware last night but no change.

Any ideas?

What version of firmware are you using? I have just 'upgraded' to 3.7.8.2 and nothing can connect to the wifi

I am also now on 3.7.8.2

Nothing can reconnect to the wifi and sometimes it stops all wifi traffic. The only solution is to reboot the router.

Where can I get older firmware?

The problem I had was DHCP was not giving an IP address.

I turned off DHCP then back on and my router has been working OK since then. 8)

For older versions visit ftp://ftp.draytek.com/

When anything goes funny on any Draytek product I always flash latest .RST firmware to put back to factory defaults. Config corruption is one of the biggest annoyances and mysteries of draytek products.

Would be great if they could get to a fully text based config.

Btw, I have no problems with 3.7.8.2 on 2860n and 2860ac
