Draytek Roaming and Radius server was created by nimbusweb
Dear all
There have been a few posts on this board about Draytek WiFi Roaming with Radius server 802.1x
There is an articlehttp://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/ap-900-managed-wireless
Draytek have told us that there are thousands of customers who have managed to set this up to work correctly as per the above article.
We have
1 off Vigor 2925ac Dual-WAN 802.11ac
2 off Vigor AP-910C Ceiling/Wall WiFi AP
Has anyone here actually managed to get this to work in radius roaming without using an external radius server.
When I say work I mean work properly for windows , iphone ,android and blackberry
And before anyone suggests contacting Draytek support they might wonder why I am posting this question here

I am wondering i.e. presumably you have tried and CAN'T get it to work but you didn't say so or explain what problem you're having.... Did you just was
to verify that other people have it working? I'd believe support

Tried to get it working myself and failed.
Posted here and tried suggestions and failed.
Tried support and new firmware and failed.
Gave up and hope it gets fixed in the new firmware.

I actually beta tested the Managed WIfi before it came out and found problem with the Internal RADIUS.
The 2860 now has a RADUS server built in though on the latest firmwares
Anyway this is actually my guide I shared with Draytek to get it working with an external radius server (AD server 2012) back at the beginning of 2014

I tried it with the beta too. Unfortunately I don't have an external Radius server to use in this scenario.
