I'd like to have multiple SSID's so I can restrict bandwidth on certain wi-fi connection

After setting a couple up on my 2760n (1.2.1.3) and configuring the download speed, even those I set a 20mbit download renders their download pretty much useless. So I've had to go back to one SSID for everyone

Any ideas?
