Hi,

We have Draytek 2860ac routers on every site and they have the same WiFi SSID / passphrase so that users can roam from building to building in different areas of the country.
Some users are not being able to reconnect to the WiFi automatically when moving from building to building. We are having to delete the WiFi SSID and passphrase and re-add it to the laptop.
The laptops in question are both older and newer ones of different make and are running Win 7.

Has anyone any ideas as to why this is?

Hi, I'm having a similar problem with this router at home tongitht. I have a 2860AC and a BT access point using the same SSID. For some reason when I move from the Access point back to a direct connection to the 2860 I loose all connectivity.

I don't know why this is happening. Im using the BT firmware.

Yes I have to delete and re add the WiFi connection in Windows, do you have the same experience?
