I have a 2862n running firmware 3.8.9.1_BT at home.
In 'Wireless LAN >> General setup', I have the following settings:
Mode: Mixed (11g + 11n)
Channel: 11, 2462 MHz

Every 1 or 2 weeks the WiFi throughput drops to a crawl (< 1 Mbps). Restarting the 2862 cures the problem for a while.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

In case it helps diagnosis, when this problem happens the 2862n's syslog output contains loads of WLAN_DBG messages. E.g.:
