Newbie here.

I thought I would post up an issue that I have in the hope that someone could assist.

I have a vigor 2682ac which has replaced my bt hh5. All is well, however my wife's iPhone 7 keeps dropping the wifi connection, this on both 2.4 and 5ghz. The strange thing is that my Samsung and my children's Amazon fires all connect and have a very stable wifi connection, as does my smart TV and a sonos device

At first I thought it must be her phone but she seems to he able to connect to other wifi networks with no issue so I have come to the conclusion that it must be a setting on the router that the iPhone doesn't agree with....I just don't know what it is!
