Cant access AP902 web admin page

Cant access AP902 web admin page was created by sjgnet
Have a customer AP902. Looks brand new. I can't access it web admin pages via 192.168.1.2 as per the quick start guide.

I have connected as per guide and can ping it. but the web page to login never appears.

Tried number of PC/Laptops/Browser combinations and also Factory reset AP902. Nothing!

Any suggestions please?

Is your PC or whatever you're using wired or wireless to the AP902?
Is the PC/whatever in the same subbet (192.168.1.x) ?
