Hi,

The Vigor has been used as a 4G router but has recently been replaced by a dedicated 4G external router hence it has become redundant. I'd like to set it up as an AP so at least it's not sat in a drawer collecting dust, and it will help boost the WiFi signal around the house. I've had a look over the KBs but they don't take into account 3rd party routers. Is there an easy way to configure the Vigor as a AP to work with a 3rd party router?

Thanks in advance
Rob

Assuming a single subnet, just turn off the DHCP server and give the 2762 a static IP address appropriate for network (there being no DHCP client) . Connect to network via LAN port.
