Vigor AP 910c playing up

HI,
We have a customer who is running 3 Vigor AP910c FW 1.3.4 with DT POE switches and and Vigor 2952.
Problems the are have :
(1) Slow 2.4GHZ
(2) sometime users can not connect Wi-Fi
(3) Some time Band steering is not work 2.4ghz and 5ghz.
(4) on Friday and today access point stop responding could not ping the 3 AP's. switch the power off on the 3 switch ports and the aps powered back up and worked. AP1 is 1 switch ap 2 and 3 are on another switch.
local LAN run very good.
support on each AP
have changed channels 2.4ghz and 5Ghz
Lowed power 2.4 Ghz
ACS switch off
reset AP
removed some Vlans (on 0 and 100) 100 used guest network for wifi.
2.4Ghz changed from 20/40 auto to 20hz
and done other things.
Any one seen this problem before?

If you search these fora, you'll come across a thread or two which raise similar issues. I don't think there's been a permanent fix, although some have suggested some workarounds.
