I am having an issue whereby I cannot reset my reasonably new (<2 years old) 903.

According to the rulebook, holding in factory reset until the ACT button starts flashing (<15 secs) will reset it, but to no avail, even if held in for longer it does not flash.

unfortunately I cannot see resolution to this anywhere. Any comments/steers assistance most appreciated.

I might take it to pieces and see if there is some kind of reset jumper on the circuit board..
