If you haven't already, can you raise a ticket with Draytek. I believe the issue is in the 962c and 1062c but they do not seem to think it is high priority - perhaps if more people raise tickets, it will get fixed.

I esclated this to their management and they would not give a date. One can only hope they will have a fix before it goes EoL....

Just here to say I have the exact same thing and came here to see what people had to say! I will raise a ticket for the giggles (and more hopefully a fix).

Just provided with a Beta firmware for this known issue. Still no date for the official release. I will try and remember to update this thread with how it goes.

Update: From first glance, the device is now listed, and in green for 5 minutes or more (which is much longer than my experiments before).

Draytek sent me a beta firmware, but it didn't work. The AP1062C is shown in green, but the event log is still showing that the connection has failed and is showing no information.
