I saw the announcement from SEG and they quite specifically told the dealers that they were launching the Vigor3510 but not the ISDN interfaces/support yet as the firmware wasn't ready for those. If your dealer didn't tell you that, blame the dealer ! Anyway, that delay was down to prudence; the systems were on various test sites in the UK to check that it worked correctly, which is a GOOD thing.

I am a dealer! Obviously such messages aren't getting to me. It's not on their dealer portal. Nor have I been getting emails. I've now asked SEG to correct that.
