You can readily get RJ45 to RJ11 adapters which enable you to easily use ethernet cabling to transmit POTS signals. You obviously have to use one at both ends, but it stops you having to change the connectors at either end of the cable.

I would encourage you to test the ability of the Vigor device to turn the POTS signals into VOIP before committing to this path. In my experience the quality is unacceptably bad to make use of it, but YMMV. Pure VOIP is great, but POTS to VOIP is rubbish.
