Got a reply for SEG

This error has now been reproduced and is being worked on, in the meantime you could use the older version of the Router Tools which you can download from here: http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/download/RouterTools_371_Win.zip

will let you know more when they come back

same experience as the posts above.

Using older version at the moment to monitor my 2950.
