2820n - limited connectivity was created by victoria
I upgraded to a vigor 2820n router a few weeks ago to have a stronger connection being in a basement apartment. Several times now when booting the computer up all I get is 'limited connectivity' and can receive local internet only. Sometimes it hooks up after several minutes. The alternative is to disconnect from wireless network, click on the disconnect LAN/ WPS button at the front, click to connect again then connect to network from the computer. Very annoying, very long winded, and makes no sense whatsoever!!! Any suggestions?

Just download the firmware to a directory on your PC and then use the router functionality to upload the firmware to the router.
