There is a draytek UK support phone number, for setting up internet, it's 0870 285 8550.

What SIM are you using with the T-Mobile modem? Is it is a contract SIM or PAYG? with contract you'd need to leave the APN blank I think, if you're not sure you should be able to check in the profile settings of the connection manager when it's plugged in to a PC.

Contract Sim. Thanks for the phone number. I will give them a call as ideally I want to be able to use both the T-Mobile or the Vodafone sim in the 2910 as WAN2.
