Hi all, I just got a vigor2920, but the manual that comes on CD has different screens and menus to the router. Where can I get a firmware upgrade as the 2920 is not listed on the draytek firmware page?

I am trying to set up the router so I can VPN in from the internet.

Hi HJH, thanks for that. Turns out I've got the latest firmware already, but still having the same problem. On the manual, it shows a screen shot under VPN and remote access called "Remote Dial in User", but this option is not there on my router, in fact the options are completly different. My router has VPN Client wizard and VPN Server Wizard, IPSEC Peer identity and LAN to LAN, but no Dial in Option.
Where would I set up a remote user? The remote Server Wizard asks me to choose a Dial in User account but there is nowhere for me to set one up!

Hi, no, its not the LAN to LAN option I need, its the Teleworker to LAN as the users are logging in from home.
I spoke to Draytek on Friday and they confirmed that the required options are missing from the current latest firmware and that it is a known issue. A newer firmware should be released in a few days.
