I've just tried the beta firmware and it has fixed the problem. Mine is reporting:
Model Name : Vigor2820n
Firmware Version : beta_0414
Build Date/Time : Apr 12 2011 21:22:39
ADSL Firmware Version : 211011_A Hardware: Annex A
Interestingly i think there *could* possibly be two issues? The support guy was curious if i was using the main IP or a wan alias IP to port forward. In my case i am using a wan alias, and this firmware fixes that.

PL now seems to have 3.3.5.2_rc6 - as AnnexA and AnnexB. No indication of which modem codes though.

Just tried it out on one of mine it's got 211011 as the modem code and the build date is april 7th:
Model Name : Vigor2820n
Firmware Version : 3.3.5.2_RC6
Build Date/Time : Apr 7 2011 18:06:01
ADSL Firmware Version : 211011_A Hardware: Annex A
I kinda doubt it's got the NAT loopback fix in it despite saying so in the release notes given the really recent build date on the beta firmware (which is on the UK downloads page now interestingly)
Nice that it has release notes though.

Running the beta_0414 and everything is working very well here. Just thought I would mention it.
