Just ordered the newly speed doubled BT Infinity and we are predicted to get 68Mb/s. The 2850's specs mention up to 50Mb/s. Is there a way to increase this or another product that supports these highter speeds?
Thanks
M.

My 2850n syncs at 79985. Would be nice to see some clarification if this is at odds with the documentation.

Specs. tend to be conservative as it hasn't been tested so although that's the max. official speed, it will probably sync. much faster.

I've tried to get my new 2850N (3.6.1) to connect to Zen Fibre Active (Infinity) and it just won't establish a DSL link. It cycles between handshake and then training for a minute or so and then back to handshake. I have set the VLAN ID tag to 101 in the WAN >> General Setup: WAN 1 but no joy.
Currently having to use using WAN2 PPPoE via Openreach modem.
I would be grateful for any pointers ...
Thanks,
Geoff

I got my 2850n last night and followed the quick setup guide.
I couldnt connect to the internet via WAN 1 (VDSL) port until I put the VLAN ID tag of 101 into the relevant page. As soon as I did that - Bingo!

Has this been resolved yet? I've just had VDSL installed and am getting the same problem, cannot sync on WAN1. I'm using the 3.6.1 firmware.
I've email Draytek support to see if they can help but it sounds as though many people are managing to sync with no problem.
