Exactly the same happening to me, 2830n.

Happened on FW 3.6.3, upgraded to FW 3.6.4 and still happening.

Anyone had any joy?

Maybe try to update your firmwares ... since that time .. i have updated to 3.6.6.2 (2830) & no problems for me ...other models newer firmware available

Also may need to enable "Enable Admin Login From Wan" at "System Maintenance >> Admin Setting" or check the other settings in there
