v2830 re-booting every 15 minutes with 3.6.3 f/w was created by mtcsltd
I tried the 3.6.3 firmware in my 2830 (not wifi) model today. The router kept rebooting every 15 to 30 minutes. I had to roll back to 3.3.7.1.
Is anyone having the same experience?
Thanks
Mike

I have exactly the same issues (although sometimes reboots even more often) on a 2830n
As per you, I'll have to roll back
Hope the can fix soon as it seemed a good update

I have also just tried 3.6.3 and it killed the upload and download speed to about 10% of the speed with 3.3.7.1.
I tried the normal modem firmware and the version for slow lines, and also tried turning off IPV6. No change, so back to 3.3.7.1 and all is well.
Any suggestions?
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but the forum search ignores "firmware" and "3.6.3" because they are too common!!

I had another go with this firmware today. Still no joy. I did a full reset and re-configured all my settings, but the router keeps re-booting. I don't have any special settings, no DOS settings or other firewall settings.
Any thoughts on this one?

If you have HTC phone or android (with latest jelly firmware 4.1) it may cost reboots
Have a look at wireless section
They have reported for the 2850 but may affecting and the 2830 as is similar firmware
If this is the case ask support for a beta
