My 2830 is not a wi-fi model.

I'm on a 2830n+ and have this issue with Nexus 4 and it causes constant reboots under 3.6.3 fw, I have to roll back to V2830_v3.3.7.1_db_A_211801

Just tried 3.6.4 (sb for me on my 2830n) and exactly the same thing happens i.e. repetitive complete reboot after every 1-10mins.
If you do not allow PPP connection to come up it stays up OK.
So exactly same problem as 3.6.3 a few months back!
Have tried full reset to factory and reload of RST firmware and reload of backup config. No joy
Would very much like latest firmware - can anyone suggest a solution.

Are you sure is not incorrect some settings? ... i have never used PPP connection but as far i know with PPP few other branded modems are reporting reboots as well ... due to wrong settings
Suggestion is
-Check this troubleshot from DrayTek
http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/download/VigorTroubleshooter.pdf
- if not then try a previous firmware before the 3.6.3 which is making you problem ... perhaps 3.3.7.1 as reported by few is fine at least for them
-if not then download router tools or syslog tool ... enable syslog in the modem and let it work until you get a reboot again ... then save the file and send it to support if they can help

11.WAN Status
In Online Status the WAN Status reports if the Vigor has authenticated
with the ISP. WAN Status will report when it is trying to Authenticate with
the message ‘Starting PPP’ and if it has failed to Authenticate with the
message ‘PPP Shutdown’.

I think you mis-understand.
PPP is the default internet connection and is not changed from previous version.
FYI
3.3.6 FW works fine
3.3.7.1 FW work fine
3.6.3 FW Fails (tested in Nov and Jan)
3.6.4 FW Fails
Nothing has changed between firmware changes so it's not a setting.
