There is also a large thread on overclockers showing peoples stats that clearly shows they are connected with Annex B.

I will pass this information back to Draytek support and see what they say.

all 3rd part VDSL modem such billion, zyxel, fritzbox etc are having Annex B for their VDSL models with an ok success ... i don't see why DrayTek is not using it or a least to give a go ... has nothing to loose than test it with Annex B

I am trying to get more information from Draytek but reading their response I posted above it would appear that all 2750 are only shipped with Annex A, its possible there is no Annex B, C available, if so these devices are not suitable for the UK / European market.
The Draytek UK wesbite also needs updating as the 2750 spec page clearly states Annex A, B and C support.

Annex B it should work with VDSL here in UK
I see at TT forums they supplied a member with a beta but Annex B ... That was for a 2850 model and worked fine with VDSL line
It should be ok and for the 2750
An other billion 8200 VDSL user at TT forums ... again mentioned when used Annex B it got slightly more upload
The BT Vdsl modem 612 i am very sure is using Annex B

Draytek have responded saying that the 2750 does support Annex A, B and C but there is no Annex B firmware.

Ask them if they can make one for testing because all other vdsl modems are using annex B
