Yeap as you see from the video i just uploaded (is made by me 100%) with firmware 1.1.0 is working 100% 8) and mine was a second hand unit which i am having it for my DrayTek collection
Note at video was playing randomly but i did clicked the universal mode as you see in the begin of the video and applied ok so was in use the universal mode
I will take down the video in few days (only people with link can view it as is on private)

I would say to update firmware the way i mentioned (which is working fine for me) or get a replacement unit

and don't forget to see the new SuperHub v2 was testing as beta tester from VirginMedia (in my channel)

UPDATE.
It appears the scanning issues is being caused by IE9 9.0.8112.16421 32 and 64 bit.
As this version is on all the computers i have tried so far, thats why i have struggled.
After switching to an old XP machine with IE8 i have been able to scan successfully..
So, thats one issue down!!!!!!
