ok will let you know thanks because seems complicate for me
here if helps you unlocking the BT modem if you have the huawei but is long thread ... they did get a firmware (after the BT upgrade) but did not read it till the end, how ended up ... because i am away few months and not have vdsl any longer

All of the cabinets around here are ECI. The BT engineer did leave me an ECI Modem B-FOCus V-2FUb/r Rev.B, which is the latest.
That model takes a lot to get it unlocked I will need a UART connection to get it unlocked. Then hopefully I can pull stats via telnet and then graph them in Cacti.
Do you have a server running cacti already? my Cacti is running on my workshops HP Microserver in a VM (ESXi) using EZCacti. (I should be able to export my templates for Cacti to make that part easier)

Not have any server ... will give up with cacti ... thanks ... maybe the other member Andy
By the way if you can change the 2850 from the shop (just tell them is not working for you the vdsl) with the 2760 i believe will be much better choice because the 2760 has the same chipset as the B-Focus (Lantiq) or may even little better and also if you involving with programming they have released the GPL source, if you can play with it
