Stumbled upon this thread. Going to give the timeout adjust a try myself. I have been very disappointed with the Harmony and Alexa so far.

To echo aa111's reply, I'm seeing 100% success*, at least at the moment, with TCP WWW Timeout upped to the value he's using.

Will also see whether this solves the problem given a bit of time...

* Now, if I can just get my Echo to reliably not mistake "Light" for "Lights" and "Test" for "Tennis" (?) this could actually be a winner - that's certainly not a Draytek issue though :D .

PS - in terms of timeouts, are there any possible negative impacts from upping them from the defaults?

That's great, I'm glad it only required that one change :)
The WWW timeout has a brief timeout because it usually helps lower the number of idle sessions without affecting Internet access, increasing it to 3600 seconds the same as the TCP timeout could give a higher session count but I think in most situations, it won't increase the risk of hitting the router's session limit.

That'll be me eating some humble pie for dinner then then. Sorry!

( I would've gotten away with it if it wasn't for the meddling other admins... )
