Bugger, I've just wasted my time writing you a reply about your 130 and powerline equipment and now I see you are going to return the 2860 as it is running the wrong firmware.

Admins: can we close off Mr Whites' other thread to prevent people from wasting their time if he has given up with the 2860.

Well, I'k not removing the thread but indeed, if he is returning the unit, hopefully he will have the courtesy to update the thread to save anyone spending time.

I have not returned the unit yet. I have just been supplied beta software to test with but to be honest it's just as unstable. The unit has a few more days otherwise its back to Amazon it goes for something that actually works. Thanks to everyone's input, sorry I have been away on business.
