Could you please show us your config, especially wireless settings and LAN page? You can hide the subnets and any other sensitive information :)

When I look at the downloads page it says the latest recommended one is 3.8.8_BT. Where do you find 3.8.8.2 ? Is it beta? Unless there's a very good reason, I wouldn't run other than the recommended latest version.

Yes you could try the 3.8.9 from Drayek.com or wait until Draytek UK releases it :)

I will wait for any official upgraded firmware. Until/unless Draytek acknowledge the problem (which I haven't reported yet as I was exploring it with this forum) I don't expect them to address the issue so it would be almost accidental that it might be fixed.
