If connected on the Draytek router's wifi, maybe the setting that isolates wifi clients is activated?

The wifi connected box is connecting to SSID2 which is on VLAN3 the same as the ethernet connection P6 used by the other box. VLAN3 is on LAN3 192.168.3.*

In Wireless Connection > General Setup the tick box "Isolate member" is NOT ticked, so I'd expect the 2 clients on this VLAN to be able to see each other.

This is the setup that worked ok until the change of firmware.

SSDP multicast does not work between wired and Wi-Fi networks on current 2860 firmware. If TIVO use SSDP for discovery this will explain your situation.

Does the latest one help? 3.8.8.2

Could you please show us your config, especially wireless settings and LAN page? You can hide the subnets and any other sensitive information :)
