Vigor 2927ac crashing with FW 4.3.2 was created by davemg
I installed FW 4.32 on my Vigor 2927ac a few days ago and so far every 24 hours or so the router crashes and reboots. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but I am rolling back to 4.2.4.2.

Unless there's a compelling reason to change I usually wait until the latest version appears on the UK site, so I haven't bothered with 4.3.2 yet. I am, however, keenly awaiting new firmware for the 2927ax

Please get in touch with support regarding your router crashing, the 4.3.2 firmware is currently in testing and may be released on the UK site shortly.
Looking around, it doesn't appear that restarts are being reported with 4.3.2 yet, it could be unique to your network configuration.

See this information for troubleshooting / reporting restart problems: https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-troubleshoot-reboot
Steps 2 and 3 being the most important. Syslog or something that establishes what's causing the restart, will help greatly with getting this resolved promptly.

No problem, I am still on 4.3.2 and I have enabled all logging options that are going to my dedicated syslog server. I will collect logs at next unexpected reboot and contact support with the information gathered.

It has taken a week or so for me to collect a debug log, most of the time the router crashes and locks up - e.g. I cannot ping the gateway, after a reboot (physical power off/on) the sys ver dbg command shows nothing. Today the router actually "recovered" (as in restarted) and I managed to collect a debug log (FYI I have logged a ticket with Draytek) :-

That's unfortunate that it's hardlocking and the router's watchdog isn't always catching that. From my perspective it suggests there's some kind of memory leak, so watching the Dashboard's memory count may give some indication of when it's going to occur. Syslog may also help as there could be syslog messages sent just prior to the router becoming unresponsive.

The RC6 that's included there is just the internal version, it is definitely the release firmware that's recorded in the debug log. It just means that the 4.3.2 firmware was released when it reached release candidate 6.
