I'm seeing the exact same thing. If I turn off the wireless it doesnt hang or crash for me. The odd thing is that it seems to happen almost exactly 24 hours after the last incident.
I also noticed the LAN interface list on the dashboard reports zero devices with this latest update.

Support have given me access to 4.32 RC5a to test in the meantime, @iantoal it seems like my router crash happens on or very close to every 72 hours for me.

You appear to be on different firmware versions, viz.
CURRENT_VERSION : 4.3.2_RC6
CURRENT_VERSION : 4.2.2_RC7
Is it that 4.2.2 is the wifi firmware, as the error is different ?
I'm still on 4.2.4.2 - a few weeks ago my 2927ac started re-booting every few minutes for no apparent reason. I disabled IPv6 and it's been solid ever since. Still haven't figured out what changed.

OK as a test I decided to re-enable IPv6...
With IPv6 disabled the router had been happily running for 341 hours.
With IPv6 enabled it started re-booting at intervals of less than a minute. Fortunately this gave me time to disable IPv6 again
After one of the re-boots I ran sys ver dbg and saw that there had been an "exception occured in IdleTask Timeout" error
Until 341 hours ago the router had been running perfectly OK with IPv6 enabled - the only things that appear to have changed on the network are a QNAP firmware update, Mac and iOS updates and some Windows 10 updates.
But why would any client changes cause the router to re-boot?
As I say above, this is a 2927ac on 4.2.4.2
EDIT - since 4.3.2 is now on the UK site I've downloaded and installed it (still with IPv6 disabled) - will report back
(First thing I note is that my Let's Encrypt certificate now says "empty":? )

Ok it's now 0845 on Sunday morning; since installing 4.3.2 on Friday afternoon (IPv6 still disabled) the router appears to have rebooted itself twice. Nowhere near as stable as 4.2.4.2 but not horrendous (so far).
Those of you having frequent re-boots - is it worth disabling IPv6 just to see what happens? It works for me, as the shampoo ads say
Edit - just come back in after being out since posting the above this morning. Fired up PC to go online, router re-booted itself twice within the space of a few minutes.
sys ver dbg shows
firmware exception debug info on cpu0
EPC=1100fc03, Cause=00000000, Status=00000000, BadAddr=00000000, RetAddr=6066676c
exception id=0(INT: Normal Interrupt)
exception occured in IdleTask Timeout
task_id=130, SP=0x636d6060(4152 bytes free, 1808 used bytes)
system tick =5787598
CURRENT_VERSION : 4.3.2_RC6
get from address : 60017000
Dump CPU0 registers:
So I'm going back to 4.2.4.2
