"set networks to 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 (office) and 10.1.1.0 / 255.255.255.0 (other small office) "
If the 'other small office' is really using a class A net (10.1.1.0), shouldn't its netmask be 255.0.0.0?

I have to say that I resolved mine with the help of the Premium Support line... who were fantastic!
That online article in the first post suggests that you have to have a connection going both ways for traffic to be resolved from both sites - but it doesn't - proved by the fact that I only have one connection and traffic passing both ways successfully.....
Give them a try - I found them very helpful.8)
