That is not the same as any other firmware of a similar name :-)

:-)

However, before you install that, do a backup of your current config and get a copy of your current firmware so that you can restore both after testing.

Thanks.

I have upgraded as far as 3.3.5.2 and have not suffered any reboots. However, although it shows as registered on the Telrad system, the phone no longer rings ! I can dial out but get no sound. Nothing incoming at all.

VERY frustrating.

I am happy to try & find out why it isn't working with the current version but I'm not sure I want to go to 3552rc6 at the minute - seems a big leap from 3.3.5.2 !

P.S. what I find most frustrating is that the two hardware based Telrad SIP phones, the Telrad softphone, and Twinkle softphone work perfectly across the VPN. Its just the Draytek SIP account that suffers.......

Is the DrayTEL account also registered on the Telrad phones ?

Nope. That is registered on the router.

The two Telrad hardware phones and the soft phones 'self register' via the VPN link back to the office.

On the 2820Vn there are two standard handsets plugged into Phone 1/2. One connects via a SIP account/Internet on the router to the Draytel account. The other should connect via a SIP account/VPN back to the Telrad system.

The Draytel account works perfectly. The Account connecting to the Telrad does not.
