Did you get anywhere with the 2930? All of a sudden its blocking my sip requests to external servers. All my office phones are down!

This is a known issue with the PAT/NAT on all of the most recent Draytek firmware releases, so why hasnt it been fixed!

I have found as you all have that a reboot sorts out the issue as it seems to clear the NAT sessions table and it works ok for a while

I have a 2930 and am having the same issues.. does anyone know of a new beta firmware for this model?

Thanks

Rob

That's weird, it shouldn't affect the 2930 as far as I'm aware - it'll only affect routers that have had the later kind of firewall implemented, like with the 2820 on 3.3.4 they changed the internals of how the firewall worked and that broke SIP registrations occasionally, this line in the release notes is a bit of an understatement imo: 4. Improved: Firewall robustness.
That applies to the newer stuff like the 2110/2710/2820/2830/2920/3200 but routers like the 2955/2930 wouldn't be affected since they are on the 3.3.0 kind of firewall that doesn't have the more advanced stuff like the 2820 has now for firewalling.

Check whether UDP flood defense is enabled on the 2930 under Firewall - DoS defense since that could be breaking SIP for you?

Anyone any idea when the fix will be applied to the 2830?
