Oh I feel like such a $%^&, router wasn't set to Auto Negotiate, modem auto corrected to 100mbps/Full duplex :)

I get on average 35mb-43mb download speed depending on where the server is located in the world. :D

Thanks everyone, will go through the reboot cycle and check 100Mbps duplex ant the moment the modem is showing half duplex!

Will also do LAN transfer to exclude homeplugs.

Busy today, so will only be able to do this tonight, stay tuned, really value your help.
