3 off 2820 with 3.3.3_232201 firmware all behaving same when trying to set up load balancing policy.
Click on say Index 1 in the list on the start page and the next page which opens says Index 0, and no matter what I put in the fields disappears after I click OK. Sometimes, very infrequently, the Index number is the same on both the start page (list of policies and their order) and the second page where policies are defined. When this happens I can click OK and the settings are saved. Driving me nuts!
Any body else seen this and/or have a solution?

Exact same issue, except what I find is it does stick with certain IP addresses! If you pick a random dest IP range you may get lucky, edit just one number in it and it will clear it. Very much a bug somewhere, unless someone has a solution.

Yes it does seem to be a bug, what I cannot understand is why only the two of us have noticed it.

I've found the answer and probably why not many people have seen the issue.....
Don't use IE8. Use Chrome.
If you click on Index 1 in IE, notice it says '0' at the top. If you use Chrome it correctly shows '1'. It appears to be a problem with Java in IE8.
I hope this helps.

Tim,
thanks for the solution, but even here in this forum I would have expected some members, other than us, to be using IE8.
Well off to try Chrome, wonder if IE9 will stillhave the problem

Just,
tried Chrome and as you said the corrct index numbers appear. Also tried Firefox and that also gives the right index numbers.
Also tried IE9 preview and it behaves just like IE8, will have to send them a report
