Thanks, my new 2820n arrived last night, it came with 3.3.4 so I updated to this before I started.

Not the firmware I was after but it's a start.
A Draytek support representative recomended I re-applied the 3.3.4 upgrade by using the "rst" binary and a manual reconfiguration. I've deliberately waited on the next firmware release in hope it improves the stability of this box.
Despite all this effort our site's 2820 still reboots when using the router interface. Now that everything is properly configured for my site I intend to leave it, hopefully we will have less spontaneous reboots during the day. When I logged in this morning the uptime was at 13 hours and 8 minutes which is longer than I had been getting.
Draytek get your stuff sorted please. My £30 D-Link router at home doesn't reboot when I'm browsing the web configuration and has got to 200 hours of uptime before needing a breather. I would go back to 3.3.3 but we need 3.3.4 to support the GlobalView feature.
Roll on 3.3.5.

For the record I have been using v3.3.4 with my 2820Vn for a while with wireless disabled and a TP-Link access pint giving my wireless access. This was the only way I could keep the 2820Vn from rebooting / having to reloading firmware in recovery mode. I have been running v3.3.4.1 for nearly 24 hours, no reboots + wireless working with MAC binding to IP's. Hope this will continue to be the case!

i upgraded with the Annex A for modem code 232201 (UK) last night
my download speeds dropped from 840k to 188k
just home from work speeds were the same, so reflashed to 3.3.4 and i'm back up to full speed.
