I found that my unit is a Annex B Model , so I used the Draytek Firmware upgrade utility to upload a new firmware for Annex B units from the International FTP site version 3.7.9

via 192.168.1.1 using default password 'admin'

Works now not as fast as the other line via the router 2860 built in VDSL, I'll probably order another unit Annex A

So you have a unit from outside the UK model but still contacted UK support for help..... I guess they're nicer than me :-)

You should be asking your supplier! You're entitled to receive UK spec. product. Who was the supplier?
